Greater Talent Network Calls OpenDNS to Take Center Stage as DNS Provider-of-Choice

14 05 2008

I know this is old news already, but I had to repost it for the first time on this blog.  Almost a year ago I made the call to switch our DNS provider from our ISPs servers to OpenDNS.  Within about a week of making the switch, I was interviewed by Allison Rhoades at OpenDNS for a press release to be on PRweb.  If you havn’t had a chance to check out their service, I highly recommend you do so.  The setup is simple and the  feature set is astounding, considering the service is free.  I was able to save my company several thousand dollars by using their built in web content filtering and phishing protection.  A note for parents, using OpenDNS at home can help protect your kids from exploring the darker areas of the Internet without your knowledge.
